The United Thank Offering (UTO) is a ministry of The Episcopal Church. Individuals are invited to deepen a personal daily spiritual discipline of gratitude, give thanks to God for those blessings and make an offering. 100% of what is collected supports innovative mission and ministry throughout The Episcopal Church and Provinces of the Anglican Communion.
All women of The Episcopal Church are automatically members of the Episcopal Church Women. We are connected to 6 states in our region - Province 5, and to the national organization.
The Church Periodical Club (CPC) is an Episcopal instution.The ministry of CPC is to raise funds to provide books, magazines, tapes, videos and computer programs FREE to those who otherwise cannot obtain them.
The Order of the Daughters of the King (DOK) accept a Rule of Life and they define themselves as an order, not an organization. After a period of study and discernment, each new member takes vows to uphold the two Rules of The Order: the Rule of Prayer and the Rule of Service.
Nearly every church in the diocese has some form of knitting ministry. Women and men knit and crochet hats, prayer shawls, blankets, scarves and other items for healing and love. The ECW provides a space to gather to work on projects at Diocesan Convention and often, donations are collected and distributed.
